Performance Improvement Workshops

using

Team Building, Leadership, Project Management and Process Improvement

The workshop delegates will use real challenges for performance improvement within their own organisations to create team building projects. In the Public workshops delegates are grouped into teams with similar issues.  For the in-house workshops, delegates work on real performance and team building issues within their own organisation.
